LITTLE LOVES
INFANT & CHILD SLEEP CONSULTANT
My Approach
When families come to me, they’ve often tried everything. Routines, wake windows, drowsy but awake, you name it. But despite their best efforts, sleep still isn’t falling into place. That’s when I gently shift the focus: from what parents are doing, to what’s actually getting in the way of sleep happening in the first place.
Because the truth is, sleep struggles are often not just a behavioral issue.
In many cases, there are underlying factors making it difficult (or even impossible) for a child to sleep well. Things like oral ties, reflux, allergies, feeding difficulties, nutritional gaps, sensory sensitivities, and more can all disrupt sleep, yet they’re often overlooked. These aren’t things that can be “trained” away, and no amount of settling techniques will work until the root causes are identified and addressed.
That’s why my approach is holistic and investigative. I don’t jump straight into sleep training or surface-level tweaks. Instead, I take the time to understand your child’s full picture developmentally, medically, emotionally, and environmentally. Sleep is a two-part process, and what’s happening during the day (or within the body) often holds the key to what’s happening at night.
Together, we’ll uncover what’s really driving the sleep challenges, and create a plan that’s responsive, respectful, and realistic. My goal is not just to get your child sleeping, but to help you feel confident, calm, and truly supported through the process.
