Jess has helped us improve our 3 yo son’s sleep immensely. Bed time routine went from 2-3 hours to 15 minutes, and it’s become one of our favourite times of the day to bond with our son.

Jess is extremely professional and thorough, she’s also just lovely to speak with and very empathetic.
Her approach is gentle but effective, and she’s always checking in to make sure you’re comfortable with the plan which was important to me. We’ve had such a good experience with Jess we are going to book her in to help with our baby daughter’s sleep too.
